  4. THE HISTORY OF THIS MAGAZINE...

  6. Yeah, well, now and how ?????
  7. It's all so long ago, ( 1 july 1991 ) !!! Well to tell you the 
  8. story, we just came up with the idea on a meeting we had. We where all
  9. cop... programming for the new demo and all of a sudden Slimer said
  10. " Wouldn't it be nice to make a diskmagazine once ???". We all stopt hack-
  11. ing around on the keys and looked towards him. Especialy me (Bonus)
  12. cause when ever he says something like that i know, i will be the one
  13. to make it work. Well we discust it and we didn't know it for sure then.
  14. Mr. Cool (former incoder( You know of the Inc.Magazine)) said
  15. that he had the source of the former Inc. Magazine. We could have
  16. used that but i wanted, if we would make a magazine, a new one. One
  17. with a new look, that works good and would be full of suprises.
  18. So Mr. Cool said if i could make a new magazine routine ( of which he
  19. clearly had his doubts by the looks on his face), we would use that...
  20. So after a long talk we all went home, and didn't thought much more of
  21. the magazine.

  23. Then the 21 juli came around and i was programming again, wenn i thought
  24. back on the talk we had. I started programming on a good routine to make
  25. a new disk magazine, and 24 juli i went with the result to KGE. He looked
  26. very pleased with it. That sunday we went to the D.B.A. HQ in Drachten
  27. to show the result. Well be honest, the reactions there weren't that what
  28. we had hoped for. Why not... because to make this magazine you had to be
  29. good in programming so... We went home and back to the drawing board to
  30. make a new routine. This one wasn't only good it was nasty to programm
  31. too. Boy, we took at least 2 whole days to programm the new structure that
  32. everyone of the D.B.A. could use. Then i combined it with the old one
  33. and send a copy to Slimer. Now he was pleased too, he discoverd a little
  34. bug as usual, but now he could use it too....( whaaarrhh very funny, Slimer).

  36. He started writing more and more articles and letters to our contacts, that
  37. they should write also.So, here it is the result of three months hard work.
  38. We really hope you like it.

  40. You could say that this is the re-start of the Incoders Magazine, but
  41. we didn't want to call it that way. Then there are some people that say
  42. "But we already got a diskmaggie", yeah well that last disk maggie i
  43. had seen was Disk maggie 7.0 from the Lost Boys (still very good) and
  44. then there was nothing anymore. So we took the chance to make a new one.
  45.  
  46. We hope you will make your articles for us, so we can make this a good
  47. and worthy attempt to be a good diskmagazine...
